You Will Not Believe What Happens To Your Sleep If You Boil Bananas Before Bed And Drink The Liquid

If you’re looking for a bedtime tea which both tastes good and helps you sleep, then this banana tea might just be what you need.

This fantastic tea recipe that I discovered really changed my mood.

Stress, anxiety, late night eating, certain medications, blood pressure pills, pain killers and frequent use of mobile phones can lead to sleeplessness.

Almost every night when I went to bed, my mind would race.

I couldn’t unwind because I was continuously thinking about my job, my family, or the tasks I needed to complete the next day.

When your mind is engaged, you are more likely to stay awake.

Sleeplessness is another common side effect of several medications.

Pain medications, antihistamines, and heart and blood pressure medicines are among the many that contribute to sleep loss.

Yes, some medications can make you sleepy at first, but they can also cause frequent bathroom visits or anxiety, both of which can impair your ability to sleep.

Something has to change, whether it’s one of these issues or the fact that you’re addicted to your phone when you should be sleeping.

You can make banana tea quickly with just a few items that you most likely already have on hand!

This all-natural sleep aid with a banana flavour is delicious and effective. How does it work?

Bananas are rich in potassium and magnesium, but what most people do not know is that the banana peel has, even more, potassium and magnesium than the banana itself. While magnesium helps prevent sleep disturbances, both magnesium and potassium work together to help relax muscles.

Magnesium is one of the greatest minerals for relaxing!

Please keep in mind that this recipe calls for 100% organic bananas. Non-organic bananas are packed with harmful chemicals since we encourage you to consume the boiling peel.

Make this tea in fifteen minutes and drink it every night before bed.

Ingredients

1 organic banana
one small saucepan of water a dash of cinnamon (optional) The banana simply has to be peeled and placed in boiling water after both ends have been cut off.

Cook for around ten minutes.

Using a sieve, pour the water into a mug. If you’re feeling brave, add the cinnamon to the tea. Take it an hour before bedtime.

If you’re concerned about food waste, you’ve obviously never tasted a boiled banana. When the banana is done boiling, sprinkle it with cinnamon.

If you consume the warm, mushy fruit and its skin alongside the tea, the soothing effects will be intensified. It’s also a delectable dessert!
