You will need…
1 cup water
1 pinch ground ginger
1 pinch ground cumin
1 pinch sea salt
½ teaspoon of fennel seeds


Bring the water to a boil and then add all the other ingredients. Boil for about 5 minutes. Cool the tonic. Drink a glass before or after a meal to relieve gas or bloating.
