Woman Broke The Plank World Record By Planking Over 4 Hours
A woman broke the world record of planks for 4 hours
If you’ve ever played a chart, you probably know how hard it is to believe it.
You lie down with your forearms, while your toes are the only thing that touches the ground.
Most people have tremors after only a few minutes, but most are not Dana Glowacka.
Dana Glowacka is a Montreal woman who recently set an incredible new world record in the women’s board and scored 4 hours 20 minutes at the first international decking training conference.
You read that correctly: 4 hours and 20 minutes!
The previous world record was 3 hours and 30 minutes, which means that Glowacka broke the record for almost an hour.
Glowacka’s video shows that after only 30 seconds, she was less shaken than most of us, which is even more impressive.
The Montrealer is a fitness enthusiast and has built her nuclear energy through activities such as yoga.
In her Instagram legend, she wrote that her brother had surprised her with a 24-hour trip to support her, and he stood like an angel by her side.
Watch the video below. Congratulations also to Glowacka for her new world record!
