Why couples usually get it ON at night

As a time for sleeping, the night is also the time for мαкιиg ℓσνє.
People often use the after-dark hours for gєттιиg ιт σи with their partners. This time of day is convenient, socially appropriate and it allows for bonding. That is the reason why people use the evening for their romantic encounters.

When they head to bed for the evening, a lot of couples gєт ιт σи before falling asleep. According to one study of young married couples, 58 percent of participants’ ℓσνємαкιиg sessions happened at night. They happened more often on weekend nights than weekdays, but on any day, night sessions were more common than daytime ones.

Scientists have recommended several reasons why nighttime ℓσνємαкιиg is so popular

1. Nighttime is convenient.

Many people have busy schedules all day long. During daytime hours, they are working or are busy with household tasks. To мαкє ℓσνє during the day, they would have to arrange to be near one another during. They would have to take their minds off of their daytime work. In the evening, those daytime responsibilities are wrapping up. Couples have time to focus on one another. They can put aside the tasks of the day and can pay attention to the bond they share together.

2. Being in bed together helps couples bond.

If a couple gєттιиg ιт σи at night, they may remain in bed together all night long. Sleeping in the same bed encourages the bond between a man and a woman. Nearness to a loved one encourages the production of hormones that produce loving feelings. мαкιиg ℓσνє at night leads to all-night closeness and bonding.

3. Lying in bed afterward might help women to achieve pregnancy.

Humans don’t always use ℓσνємαкιиg for conception, but sometimes pregnancy is the goal. If so, some doctors suggest that the woman stays horizontal for a while after ℓσνємαкιиg. This keeps gravity from removing the products of lovemaking from her body and increases the chances of conception. If a couple мαкєѕ ℓσνє at night, it is natural for her to remain to lie in bed afterward.

4. People are home at night.

It is not socially acceptable to мαкє ℓσνє in public. Neither an office building or a park is considered a good place to get it on with your partner. One’s private home is considered the appropriate place for such activity. In the evening, most people are at home. Couples are under the same roof and are sheltered from the prying eyes of the outside world. They have a safe space in which to engage in ℓσνємαкιиg.

5. Before-bed ℓσνємαкιиg is expected.

Evening ℓσνємαкιиg seems to be a social convention. People who get busy with their partners before bed considers themselves normal. Many people do мαкє ℓσνє at other times, but doing so very often can feel risqué. Lovemaking is thought of as a nighttime activity, so people feel comfortable and appropriate for doing it then.

6. People feel more attractive at night.

The evening hours seem to make people feel ready for time in bed with their partners. Science has not yet shown that circadian rhythms dictate when people get up close with their partners. People are biologically capable of performing at any time of day. Evening sensuality is not a matter of biology, but of feeling. At night, people find themselves ready emotionally, mentally and physically for passion.

Part of the human tendency to gєт ιт σи at night is practical. Couples are home and together. They are in bed, and after ℓσνємαкιиg, they can stay there. Part of it is social. Getting it on at night is simply the way things are done. Most of all, evening ℓσνємαкιиg seems to be what people want, so it’s the way they choose to do things.
