This Man Discovers An Abandoned Locker And A 50 Years Old Wallet Inside. The Pictures In The Wallet Leave Him Dumbfounded.

It’s the dream of any amateur collector or treasure hunter, stumbling across something that has far more value – be that financial or sentimental – than previously thought.

Indeed, there’s a reason whole hordes of people treat treasure hunting as a serious hobby. Some are even so good at it as to eventually make it their profession.

Of course, genuine life-changing finds are a rarity, no matter how many storage units you sift through, how many old chests you open, how many ancient vases you purchase in the hope of finding something worth big bucks.

In New York State, Anton Lulgjuraj began his path of acquiring outdated storage facilities years ago. Though he has never discovered anything life-altering, he did once discover a wallet, which provided material for a newspaper worth a story.

Anton also acquired a number of items that belonged to an Air Force pilot. But it was a tiny locker that caught Anton’s eye. When he peeled it open, he found a safe wallet inside.

Diane Hall, who was the owner of the wallet, was found. Anton was curious and piqued by the contents of the wallet, which included a California driver’s license from the late 1960s, an actor’s equity card, and a few old pictures. He even considered making an effort to identify the owner of the wallet.

He discovered that in fact Diane Hall was actress Diane Keaton when he searched farther into the Internet.

He sent her a message because he believed she would be interested in having her old wallet, but he never heard back—well, not before the media took up his story.

“Everyone always has the hope that, you know, one day you’ll get your wallet back, like if they lose a wallet. And you know, this is amazing, right?”, Anton said.

Diane expressed her joy with Anton’s discovery on Instagram after reading the article in the New York Daily News.

“A WALLET I LOST 50 YEARS AGO WAS FOUND BY SOMEONE! THANK YOU MR. LULGJURAJ!”, Her post stated.

“DM ME, PLEASE! CAN YOU BELIEVE THOSE BANGS?! THIS PHOTO WAS IN IT, I’M ON THE FAR RIGHT!”

We appreciate the Something’s Gotta Give actress recognizing Anton’s finding it.
