Yesterday, I decided to try “naked hiking.”
I wasn’t sure what to expect…
But honestly?
It turned out to be one of the most peaceful hikes I’ve ever had.
Every breeze felt different.
The birds seemed louder.
Even the squirrels kept giving me funny looks.
At one point, a frog spotted me and launched himself into the pond so fast…
I thought I’d traumatized the poor little guy.
Hours passed.
Not a single person crossed my path.
Probably for the best.
When I finally got back home, it hit me…
I hadn’t missed it even once.
Not a notification.
Not a text.
Not a single scroll.
Turns out…
I can survive an entire hike…
Without my phone.
