1. Eggs

Beetroot is rich in nitric oxide. However, using beetroot in stale form can prove to be harmful to health. Re-heating the food made from beetroot converts them to nitrite and then to a nitrosamine. Due to this, it can prove harmful to health.

3. Spinach

Spinach is rich in nitrates, which on reheating get converted into carcinogenic nitrosamines and can harm health.

4. Chicken

Like eggs, raw chicken also contains salmonella. That’s why heating it again can prove harmful for the body.

5. cold-pressed oil

Cold-pressed oils like olive, linseed oil and canola oil are rich in omega-3 fats. However, when these oils are heated again, they become rancid. This is the reason why it is not safe to use them.
