An interesting fact is that the thoughts that we are going to fall asleep are often the most sincere thoughts you encounter and are usually forgotten.

5. Reading

Studies show that reading at bedtime can be good for your health. Reading material does not matter. Just keep your attention well enough for you to be consumed now.
