Healthy does not always come from medicine. Most of the time it comes from peace of mind, peace in heart, peace in the soul. It come from laughter and love.
Many people view being alone as sad, lonely or boring. Personally, I love being alone! In fact, I need my alone time. If I don’t get it, I feel anxious and irritated.
Don’t get me wrong. I love being around my friends and family. But, after a while, I need my alone time back!

During times of solitude, we can focus on what we need instead of focusing on other people’s needs. You can breathe freely and act as crazy or at peace you want.

You can live well, sleep well without having someone else around. It is not good in an isolated life, but it is not good to depend on others.
