The story is translated as follow:
“I was waiting for my turn at the bank when I was startled by a woman’s voice: ‘Auntie, can you answer my son’s call and help me fill in some information in this paper? I don’t know how to read and write.’
On the other end of the line is the boy with dialects, so it is difficult for me to get the recipient’s name and account. Before ending the phone, the son did not forget to tell that ‘My tuition fees are 119.89$, mom’.
