INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- 2 chicken
- tenders 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons spices
2 tablespoons cornstarch - Oil
- Lettuce
- 1 tablespoon salt
METHOD
- Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
- Cut the chicken into strips. Toss with egg yolk, garlic, spice blend, salt and cornstarch.
- Beat the egg whites in a bowl until stiff. Pour the oil into a frying pan.
- Dip the chicken in the egg whites. Grill. Garnish with lettuce and tomatoes.
