Carrie Underwood shares an adorable clip of her young son Jacob, 5, doing a high-energy workout.

Carrie Underwood, a country music star, has a new workout partner in her miracle baby Jacob, who is kicking off a future of wellness with Tae Bo, a decades-old fitness fad.

The 41-year-old mother of two shared a beautiful video with her fans, demonstrating her five-year-old son’s vicious uppercuts and kicks during a high-energy exercise that combines martial arts and cardio.

Following the birth of her first son, Isaiah, in February 2015, Oklahoma-born Carrie Underwood said in an emotional interview that she experienced three miscarriages, which led to the distressing awareness that she is “not in control of everything.”

“For my body not to be doing something it was supposed to do’ was a tough pill to swallow,” she says in a 2020 interview with Women’s Health.

The singer, who became popular after winning the fourth season of American Idol, says she found solace in discussing her pregnancy challenges, which she calls “not a dirty secret.”

“It’s something many women go through,” says the mother, who had her second kid in 2019 with husband Mike Fisher, a former NHL player.

“Tiny hands and tiny feet…God has blessed us with an amazing gift! Isaiah Michael Fisher – born on February 27. Welcome to the world, sweet angel,” she wrote about Jacob on Instagram.

Even as a baby, Jacob – a clear momma’s boy – was soothed by his talented mother’s voice.

Fans can see in a Facebook video captioned –“Baby Jacob seems to prefer Carrie Underwood’s singing over Mike Fisher’s” that Jacob is not charmed by his father’s attempts to carry a tune.

But it’s Isaiah’s singing abilities that are impressing audiences.

In 2020, the “Blown Away” singer persuaded the child to join her on her debut Christmas album, “My Gift.”

Isaiah made his singing debut at the age of five with the song “Little Drummer Boy.”

“It was so great. When we recorded, I was able to be in the booth with him and encourage him and try to remind him what words were coming up next, things like that,” the Grammy Award winning artist tells People. “I got to listen to his vocals [get] put together and then listening to myself with him. I was laughing, and I was crying, and it was just very overwhelming in a good way. It’s just very emotional.”

‘Gym buddy’

Jacob is following in his mother’s footsteps in terms of physical activity.

The “wannabe vegan,” who grew up on a cattle farm, is dedicated to health and wellbeing. She created her app, MyFitnessPal, a calorie counter that records progress toward “nutrition, water, fitness, and weight loss goals.”

“Physical fitness makes everything else possible,” says the singer, who also operates CALIA by Carrie, an activewear line. “I’d love to sit in a bubble bath, but that’s not going to happen. My self-care is my gym time, and that’s a stress reliever for me.”

With a fitness-obsessed mother and a professional athlete father, it’s no surprise that Jacob is developing workout habits at a young age.

The “Cowboy Casanova” singer posted an endearing Instagram video of her three-year-old son Jacob “starting the day off right” with a high-energy workout.

“The boys found one of my old Tae Bo DVDs in a box of things and Jake thought he’d have himself a little morning workout!” the mom captions the video. “I may soon have myself a gym buddy!”

In the video, the young preschooler is seen wearing a white t-shirt and red sweatpants, eagerly attempting to keep up with the Billy Blanks training video, delighting his mother – the singer of “Jesus, Take the Wheel” – who is recording from behind.

Fans couldn’t get enough of the adorable little child, who begins by pushing his leg up with his hands until he is confident enough to kick and punch without assistance.

When he has had enough, Jacob leaps onto the couch and out of the photo frame.

“Trying to be like Mommy, He is so adorable!” gushes one fan. Another remarks, “What a cutie! I could hear you trying to contain your laughter! Lol! Just makes you want to go in there and give him a big squeeze of a hug!”

Another person comments on his early leg pulls, saying, “I love how he’s lifting his leg up by holding his sweatpants! So cute! God is so good!”
