These Almond Pralines are addictive. You might find it impossible to stop eating these, I promise! When I was a child, these used to be sold by street sellers in Italy during the Christmas season, or at local fairs and markets.
Ingredients:
- 200 g of almonds
- 160 g of sugar
- 45 g of water
Directions:
- Toast almonds in a pan.
- Then add water and sugar.
- Stir continuously until the almonds are completely coated.
