A ‘creepy’ receptionist at a Benidorm hotel sent ‘uncomfortable’ messages to a mother-of-one on OnlyFans before taking a thong from her room.
Rara Armstrong, 39, was left feeling ‘uncomfortable’ on her holiday in Benidorm when a member of hotel staff made attempts on her during the trip.
The mother of one and creator of OnlyFans went to the Ambassador Playa II hotel with her 11-year-old son, but was humiliated when a receptionist behaved inappropriately.
When she arrived at the hotel she had booked via LoveHolidays, she was surprised to discover that the key she had been handed did not work.
When she walked down to reception to face the situation, she was welcomed by a man who worked on the counter and immediately asked for her phone number and if he could take her out.
After declining his callous offer, she discovered hours later that the man had used her booking information to access her OnlyFans account and subscribe.
After being caught, the staff member begged Rara not to tell the hotel about his conduct.
In a post on the platform, he wrote: “Please don’t say anything…will not bother you…just wanted to see you for a meeting coffee or something, nothing more, trust me.”
She begged him to leave her alone following a series of conversations in which he concluded: “I am a deciding person and not a stalker, just wanted to feel how is meeting with a star.”
On the final night of her holiday, she came back to her room after dinner to find a bottle of Prosecco that the staff member had dropped off.
She said: “I thought ‘what the hell?’ So I messaged him on my OnlyFans and said ‘did you just drop some wine off in my room?’
“He said ‘Yeah, I just wanted to say sorry for upsetting you’.
“I stupidly thought ‘OK, fair enough’.”
When they headed back out for the evening, she set up her son’s iPad to capture if the man had been back inside the room.
And to her surprise, he had returned just 15 minutes later.
The man was seen was seen snooping through her things, before grabbing one of her thongs, sniffing it and pocketing it.
She claimed, “It made me feel terrible; I felt raped.
“That was insane. I was not anticipating anything like that.”
LoveHolidays apologized to Rara and confirmed that the individual had been fired immediately.
However, they are refusing to reimburse any of her vacation time since she neglected to report the event to them or the police before coming home.
A Loveholidays representative said: “We are extremely sorry to hear about Ms Armstrong’s holiday experience.
“Unfortunately, we were not informed of the event while she was on vacation, thus we were unable to offer her assistance or guidance on filing a police report during her stay.
“We have fully investigated the issue with the hotel and are confident the appropriate action has been taken to ensure this does not happen again.”
