6 Signs He Wants To Be In A Relationship With Only You Till The End Of His Life

6 Signs He Wants To Be In A Relationship With Only You Till The End Of His Life
1. He makes time for you, makes you a priority.
You should feel confident that you are a priority in his life and in his schedule–not an afterthought.

A loving partner will work hard to incorporate you in his daily/weekly life, even if it’s inconvenient or challenging. He might shuffle his schedule around in order to have a date night with you, stop over to see you on his way to work or class, or even just consistently call you in the evening. These signs of effort are important, and they demonstrate that he cares about you and that you’re an important part of his life.

2. He makes efforts to fix relationship problems or to change his behavior for the better.

Conflict is a normal part of life and a very common element in human relationships. What is important is how the two of you deal with that conflict.

Does he constantly push them aside and avoid dealing with them? Maybe he won’t admit it when there are issues? Or perhaps he is unwilling to change any of his behaviors.

This could be a sign of emotional immaturity, for sure, but it also may indicate that this is not a relationship built on love.

A loving partner will put effort into strengthening and improving a relationship. He’s willing to discuss these issues with you. He will be willing to make changes in his behavior for the good of the relationship.

3. He communicates what he feels about you, either verbally or through his actions

For instance, he has come right out and said that he loves being with you, that he likes you, or that you are “awesome” and “cool”. If he is not verbally expressive with his feelings, he has shown you that he’s into you – for example, he’s offered to help you with your chores, encourages you if you’re going through something difficult, or calls you after you’ve enjoyed a night on the town with your friends, to make sure that you got home safe.

4. He shows you genuine respect.

If he demonstrates respect for you: your choices, your time, your body, your thoughts, this may be a sign that he values you as more than just a friend.

A man can show respect in a variety of ways. For example, one of the ways I feel most respected is when I am listened to. When my partner listens to the things I have to say, is willing to be attentive to my problems or even just my general musings, this makes me feel extremely respected. It makes me feel like I am important to him and that there is value in my thoughts and feelings.

5. He checks in on you regularly – but not obsessively

He does not take you for granted. So, he might call you during the day just to find out how work is going, or he might want to know if you’ve already eaten. But at the same time, he does not demand that you report your every move to him and respect your space.

6. He remembers your preferences and little things you say

If he remembers how you like your coffee, your little pet peeves and habits, you can at least be sure that he cares about you and is thoughtful enough to take note. These things are crucial in a relationship and are definitely a good sign of his feelings for you.
