Laying down

Eating fruit
Fruit is full of vitamins and minerals, so our bodies will be truly grateful if we consume it more frequently. Taking a shower
 If you were thinking about to take a shower after the meal, forget about it! After having a meal all the energy and the blood flow is focused around the stomach and the intestines in order to digest the food.
